Rick got them at Menards, but I'm not sure that they're in other areas of the country. I would think Home Depot, Fleet Farm or some other building supply store would carry them.

Another thing that works really well are the drawstring laundry bags made of fabric. I have reused these year after year and they are about $3 at Big Lots. They get quite dirty from being dragged around, but I just come home and wash them and store them away for next year :-)

There's usually plenty of dolls to go around, with the exception of Lindsey & Kailey, of course. So, for those of you with very early tickets, I'd suggest you go to doll clothing first whether it be AGOT or historical. Then go to dolls. As stated in one of the other posts in this thread, you do need to take care of the dolls once you've chosen them so they don't get damaged while you're shopping. If you don't need the box bottom you may leave it with the doll ladies. You could bring a smaller bag for dolls but not a paper one that's colored. You wouldn't want color to rub off on the dolls face. Also, don't leave your shopping bags unattended--they'd disappear in short order. Have fun. Can't wait to see what goodies everyone finds!

Getting back to the original question about MCM dolls - they all looked perfect to me. I wouldn't worry about inferior quality. It is nice because you can easily examine them versus getting a doll UPS. I actually think you have a better chance of getting just the right doll for you at the MCM than ordering online or by phone.
